Through our partnership with ResponderStrong, TC Energy is helping advance mental wellness for first responders across North America. In 2026, our support enabled leadership-focused mental health trainings through the LeadStrong program in Indiana and Colorado, equipping emergency service leaders with tools to better recognize and address mental health challenges within their teams. By strengthening the capacity of those who lead responders, we are helping build a culture where resilience, peer support, and well-being are prioritized alongside operational readiness.
